Held in the quiet comfort of Josephine’s home studio in Worthing, you’ll be guided through grounding breathwork, meditation and gently immersed in the healing tones of crystal bowls, gongs, monolina, voice, chimes, drum & tuning forks. creating a magicla soundscape.
